Agents don't want another dashboard. They want to know what to do today. Most of what I build starts from that idea.
Most real estate businesses run on a dozen platforms that don't talk to each other. I connect them through their APIs so data moves on its own: new CRM contacts flow into reporting, transactions update trackers, and nobody retypes anything.
I write the code myself, from hand-built sites like this one to lead-capture landing pages and consumer real estate sites with neighborhood and school district guides. Built to load fast, rank well, and turn visitors into conversations.
Clean data is the foundation for everything else. I design how contacts, transactions, and activity are stored, keep the database accurate, and automate the reporting on top of it, so dashboards answer questions instead of raising them.
Each agent's active clients live in one shared system. Every morning it emails each agent a prioritized action plan and flags buyer/seller matches across the team, including off-market opportunities.
An automated morning email showing each agent their last seven days of prospecting: hours, conversations, appointments set, and appointments met. Accountability without the meeting.
A Gmail add-on that turns team templates into polished, on-brand client emails in one click, keeping the whole listing process consistent.
A phased onboarding path for new agents, plus a scorecard that measures every division (recruiting, agent development, marketing, transactions) against a clear standard.
I build tools for teams and offices that want systems their agents will actually use.
