My Story
I got my license right after high school and started as an agent with Century 21. Within the first year I was an assistant manager, learning how a brokerage actually runs. I later joined an established team as an asset manager, handling a heavy volume of transactions and sharpening my negotiating along the way.
Next I became Managing Broker for an independent firm built on online lead generation, back when that was brand new. The firm tripled in size while I was there, and it's where I first saw technology directly change how a business performs.
I partnered with one of our top people to launch a new Keller Williams team. As Operations Director I designed the systems to scale it, and in three years we went from nothing to a top-five team in the market and the #1 KW team in our region.
That's when I realized what I enjoy most: solving problems and designing systems. I spent years consulting for other real estate organizations, and today I'm Director of Operations for The James Embry Team in Central Indiana.
I taught myself to code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) because I wanted to build my own ideas, not wait for software to catch up. Now I combine that with AI to build tools that tell agents exactly what to do next.
